Just moved in to Villa Del Sol last week, and I am loving it so far. Jason, the property manager, has been SO helpful, kind, informative and awesome! He has been a pleasure during this move ( which we all know can be stressful). The apartment is beautiful.

I really enjoy living at Villa Del Sol Apartments..the location is wonderful..very clean on the property and family oriented..way cool pool and I highly recommended on a fantastic place to live...the management is always very helpful and quite thoughtful..a very friendly place to live..good parking and lovely apartments and I have lived at Villa Del Sol for 5 years plus and will continue to do so..I LOVE Villa Del Sol Apartments and Jason the property manager is soo wonderful and awesome.

OMG! This by far has been my best apartment experience thus far. The property manager Jason is amazing....he made the move in to our apartment smooth and effortless. The grounds are nice and clean, quiet safe neighborhood, and neighbors are friendly. Jason was with us every step of the way with any updates on the move in process, and paperwork that needed to be completed. So Far So Good on our New Place! Definitely recommend. Jason A+++

I have lived at Villa Del Sol for 14 years. In all those years this complex has been well managed and full of nice tenants. Unfortunately the rent increases forced me to explore home ownership and luckily I found I could afford my own home for the same price. While I am enjoying my own home, for those that need to rent then Villa Del Sol is the place to rent. It's a beautiful complex and well tended! Happy Living!

Been here almost a year and so far I love it. The new manager seems to genuinely care about tenant concerns. They respond right away with any maintenance issues etc. Inside the property is really gorgeous. There are lots of trees and grassy areas if you have a pet. That is a huge bonus because a lot of complexes are just cement walk ways. They also allow most large dog breeds as I have noticed a few since.

Loving my new apartment! My boyfriend and I recently moved here and it was our first time living with a spouse, not to mention our first time ever leasing! The only part of this journey that made it any easier was our leasing agent Gizelle Fernandez.. she is amazing! She made the process easy & smooth. I appreciate her help so much!
